You have the right to return/exchange any goods that you are not satisfied with up to 30 days from the date of collection/delivery of your order. Returns will only be accepted if the following criteria are met:

  • The goods are in a re-sellable condition (has original packaging which is re-sealable, has the original tags/labels on the item)
  • Have not been worn
  • Not been personalised for any club, company, organisation or individual

Provided the above conditions are met we will make a full refund for the original amount (excluding any carriage costs).

Returning Faulty/Incorrect Goods

If you receive a product and you deem it to be faulty/damaged, then you must notify us, in writing/email providing full details of your order. You must notify us within 30 days of the date the goods were received. If required we can collect the faulty goods from you for a charge which will be confirmed to you by a member of staff in writing/email for you to confirm before we proceed. We aim to collect any faulty goods within 5 days of you confirming you would like to use this service. Alternatively, you can send the faulty good back to us at your own expense but keep a record of the cost!! Once we have received the item we will then decide whether you had just cause to return the item. If we deem the item to be faulty we will provide full refund (including any incurred delivery costs).

If we have made a mistake and sent an incorrect item/size then we offer a full refund and will endeavour to get you the correct item as soon as possible.



If you are due a refund from us then please allow 7 days from the date of the refund due to you being confirmed for it to appear in your bank account.

Personalised Products

If you have ordered goods that include any type of personalisation then we cannot exchange or accept returns of any goods unless there has been a mistake on our part or the goods are faulty. This includes any items that are sold via the internet INCLUDING personalisation. Personalisation would include any club, organisation, company, event logo or any names/initials that have been added to the product. The reason for this is that we purchase the goods without any personalisation and add them at our in house embellishment department. It is therefore imperative that you ensure you provide the correct details to us when ordering any goods that are personalised.
