CMS Teamwear can provide a range of decoration processes to suit all requirements & budgets. Below is a description of each of these processes and thier capabilites,

Embroidery

At CMS Teamwear we have grown to become specialists in the field of embroidery. We started off with just 1 embroidery machine, 5 years on we have 10 heads allowing us to produce 400+ designs per day. We have a mix of single & multi head machines to give us the flexibility to handle orders of all sizes.

Before any design can be embroidered it 1st has to be digitized. This process involves the design being drawn on a computer on software the embroidery machine recognizes as stitches.

This is the most important part of the process as a badly designed logo or badge will give poor results.

This is why all digitizing is carried out in-house at CMS. Most embroidery companies will charge anything between £40 & £100 for digitzing your design.

At CMS this service is absolutley FREE OF CHARGE.

Once the design has been digitized we carry out a sample run to ensure the quality of the design meets our high standards and then we can begin embroidering the order.

This is the only time we charge you for any of the embroidery work. Prices depend on the number of stitches.

Artwork Requirements

CMS Teamwear would prefer to work from files from the following programs:

Adobe Photoshop (.ai or .eps files)
Corel Draw (.cdr files)

Receiving your design in these files will allow us to replicate more efficiently and accuratley.

We can accept more generic files such as JPEG, TIFF & PDF files aslong as the resolution is 300dpi or higher.

Fonts

When sending us your design, if it contains any text we would prefer the font to be embedded. This means that the font will be converted to outlines or curves before being sent to us.

We would also perfer if the font file could be supplied.

Contract Embroidery

Whether you require us to digitize the logo's for you and then embroider your garments or if you already have digitized logo's and just require us to do the embroidery,

Printing

CMS Teamwear also have facilites to produce transfers of logo's, numbers, designs & Text. We have 2 different processes for this and these are explained below:

Full Colour Transfers

We have a versacamm machine that allows us to print logo's & designs in full colour suitable for Sports Kits & Leisurewear, Workwear & Hi Vis clothing, T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Jackets & Bags.

The Machine 1st prints the design with ink onto special vinly suitable for each individual job, and then cuts the outline of the design.

We then peel away the excess material and then the transfer is put onto application tape ready to be heat pressed onto the garment.

Single Colour Transfers

We can also produce single colour transfers. These are ideal for numbers & initals on sports kit & leisurewear, Names or Nicknames on holiday/stag & hen t-shirts

and even single colour logo's to be applied to be sports kits, leisurewear, workwear, hi vis clothing, jackets, bags, t-shirts & polo shirts.
